Support for siblings of disabled children and National Siblings Day (all ages)

Sibs is a charity which supports brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults.  Children who have a disabled sibling can have a whole mixture of feelings and experiences as part of their family life. Some of these are positive and enjoyable and some can be more negative and difficult.  On the Young Sibs section of the website you can find lots of information and advice which can help children manage these confusing emotions.

National Siblings Day is taking place on Wednesday, 10th April. This year's theme is #ItsaSiblingThing and Sibs are inviting siblings, parents and organisations to show their support in raising awareness of siblings of disabled children and adults. They have activity sheets and resources for young siblings, as well as a workshop for adult siblings.

For more information about National Siblings day and downloads visit our website.
